Pokeroid, the online poker steroid

Here are the bugfixes in version 1.0.2.15:

• Freeze if pokeroid was started after the poker table was opened
• Admin privilegies no longer required

Some people without administrator privilegies got a message telling them the poker room software was not installed even though it was.
